I redesigned BlueKaktus’ decade-old B2B SaaS platform, which is used by fashion brands like Myntra, Jockey, Arvind, and Bata. The main goal was to fix the overall user experience and modernize the platform — simplifying complex workflows, improving navigation, and making everything visually consistent. The new design made the product much more intuitive, scalable, and efficient for both our internal teams and clients in the fashion industry.

BlueKaktus is a decade-old B2B SaaS platform used by large fashion brands such as Myntra, Jockey, Arvind, and Bata. The platform supports designers, vendors, and internal teams in managing forecasting, sourcing, and production workflows.
Over the years, the product became feature-heavy and accumulated significant UX debt. While the system was powerful, the experience felt outdated, cluttered, and difficult to navigate, especially for new users.
The goal of this redesign was to improve usability, simplify complex workflows, and modernise the overall experience while keeping the existing business logic intact.
